According to him, the situation remains “stably difficult”, but controlled by the Ukrainian defense forces.
“The offensive of the Russians does not stop in any direction – neither on Svatovsky, nor on Kremensky. All attempts by the enemy in recent days have been unsuccessful,” Gaidai said.
He also said that in the Svatovsky direction, the invaders tried to advance with heavy equipment, but they received resistance and turned around.
At the same time, in the Kremensk direction two days ago, out of three Russian companies that went on the offensive, enemy troops lost 70 people dead and about the same number wounded.
Recall, earlier it was reported that Russian troops have been probing the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Kremennaya and Svatovoe in the Luhansk region for two weeks .
At the same time, as it became known, the Ukrainian military is waiting for the right moment to launch a full-scale offensive in the Lugansk region.
